Here at La Peniche are we using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients in tonights menu and we have the ingenuity of some of suppliers to complete the menu; such as Carina who hand made the gingerbread men and ships biscuits not to mention the delicious desserts!

The salmon and crab come from Annagassan Pier beside Dundalk, there is a salty seadog whose smokehouse is famous on that pier, thats where we get our smoked fish!

Another interesting ingredient is the heroic sausages from Camden Street, Franks butcher acutally. Thats local for you!

Our coffee continues to be supplied by Illy, we double filter our water, removing chlorine and arsenic among any other nasties that may be present in the supply. The result is a fine coffee. We have sourced a new range of organic teas for your pleasure, see our list on board, and yes, the tea is made with double filtered water too!
